Job Description - Chat Support Representative

Job Description:


Tech Mahindra is seeking an entry-level Chat Support Representative to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients through online chat communication.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner through chat support. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team. 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service excellence at all times. 4. Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in the company's system. 5. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and proficiency in written English. 2. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 3. Resilient attitude and energetic personality to handle challenging customer interactions. 4. Strategic planning skills to prioritize tasks and resolve customer issues efficiently. 5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software platforms. 6. Prior experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not required.
