Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

As a Chat Support Representative at Cred, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support to our clients. You will be the frontline representative of the company, assisting customers with their inquiries, issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through chat support in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers - Address and resolve customer complaints and issues - Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate - Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or related field - Dedicated and independent worker who can thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues - Excellent written communication skills - Proficient in computer skills and typing - High school diploma or equivalent
