Chat Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Myntra is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Chat Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to work from home. As an Entry Level Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support to resolve any customer inquiries or issues.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through chat support in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products, orders, shipping, returns, and other inquiries - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Conduct research to provide solutions to customer inquiries that may require further investigation - Maintain a positive and energetic attitude to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty - Meet and exceed performance goals and KPIs set by the company - Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Energetic and confident personality - Strong cooperation and teamwork skills - Ability to conduct research to provide accurate information to customers - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
