Job Description:

Ola Electric is seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN, with an entry-level seniority and zero years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat - Assist customers with questions, concerns, and technical issues - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Provide accurate and timely information to customers - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Strong presentation and research skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Computer proficiency and experience with online chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
