Chat Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Chat Support Representative at Practo, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support. You will work remotely from home, helping customers with their queries, issues, and technical problems related to our products and services. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through chat support - Provide accurate information and solutions to customers to resolve their issues - Ensure customer satisfaction by building rapport and providing excellent service - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor as needed - Update customer records and information in our database - Stay up to date with product knowledge and company updates to better assist customers - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience

Requirements: - Independent and adaptable mindset to work from home effectively - Strong emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customers - Excellent teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and support each other - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat support platforms - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
