Chat Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Zerodha is seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team and work from home in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Entry Level Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via chat to assist clients with their inquiries and provide solutions to their concerns.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via chat - Provide accurate information about company products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service experience - Meet or exceed individual performance metrics and goals

Requirements: - Independent and hardworking individual who can work effectively from a remote location - Strong presentation and communication skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, training will be provided
