Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Unacademy is seeking a motivated and skilled Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions and answers via online chat - Assist customers with technical issues and troubleshooting - Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to exceed their expectations - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or support roles - Confident and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong leadership skills and the ability to think and plan strategically - Excellent written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and professionally - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
