Remote Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Urban Ladder is seeking a Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. This part-time position is for an Associate Level individual with at least 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate must be hardworking and resilient, with strong critical thinking and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via chat for inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting - Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate information - Identify and escalate priority issues - Keep records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies - Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills - Strong critical thinking and research skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and chat support software - Previous experience in a remote work environment is a plus
