Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Udaan is seeking a motivated and confident Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer queries and concerns via chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively - Provide product information and assistance with orders - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously improve customer service processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness - Uphold company values of understanding and empathy in all interactions

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism - Excellent problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Experience with chat support software is a plus - Proficiency in written and spoken English
