Remote Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Paytm is seeking a Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support. 2. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional manner. 3. Offering product recommendations and assistance with transactions. 4. Conducting research to provide comprehensive solutions to customer queries. 5. Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. 6. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures while upholding service quality standards. 8. Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and independent with the ability to work remotely. 2. Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer queries. 3. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers. 4. Excellent written communication skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. 6. Experience in a customer service role is preferred. 7. Proficiency with chat support tools and software. 8. Flexibility to work evening or weekend shifts as needed.
