Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Larsen & Toubro in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. This role is part-time and is suitable for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat platforms - Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Provide feedback to improve customer experience and processes

Requirements: - Hardworking and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent presentation and project management skills - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using chat support software and tools
