Chat Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Hindustan Unilever Limited is seeking a motivated and independent Chat Support Specialist to work from home in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This is a part-time position with a requirement of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to management as needed - Provide product information, troubleshooting, and general support to customers - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Comfortable using technology and working in a remote environment - Motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving
