Job Description:
As a Chat Support Specialist at Faasos, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms. This position will be work from home, based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The job type is part-time, and the seniority level is at the Associate Level, with a minimum requirement of 4 years of experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner through chat support channels. 2. Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues related to the Faasos platform and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams. 4. Provide recommendations and solutions to enhance the overall customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve processes. 7. Stay up-to-date on product updates, promotions, and company policies.
Requirements: 1. Passionate and energetic individuals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. 2. Strong people management and project management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Comfortable using online chat platforms and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in English and any additional languages is a plus.
