Remote Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

NoBroker is seeking a Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This is a part-time entry-level position for individuals with at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, reliable, have strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferences to address any queries or concerns. 2. Assist clients with their real estate needs, providing guidance and support throughout the process. 3. Analyze market trends and gather data to help clients make informed decisions. 4. Negotiate deals between clients and third parties to achieve the best possible outcome. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 6. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
