Client Relations Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Samsung India is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Relations Assistant. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for supporting our client relations team in managing and strengthening relationships with our valued customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations, a driven attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to address their inquiries and concerns - Assist in coordinating client meetings, events, and presentations - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues - Provide feedback and insights on customer satisfaction and trends to improve overall client experience - Support the client relations team in developing new strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in client relations or customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent time management and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Driven, passionate, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service
