Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and dedicated Client Relations Associate to join our team at Google India in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client engagement and growth - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide timely and effective solutions to client issues and concerns - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide ongoing support - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field - 2+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions - Confident in engaging with clients at all levels of an organization - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
