Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Lendingkart, a leading financial technology company based in Kolkata, West Bengal, is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support. 2. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and escalations. 3. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our products and services. 4. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products to existing clients. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client experience. 6. Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 7. Contribute to the development and implementation of client engagement strategies.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Hardworking and independent individual with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong analytical skills and ability to think innovatively. 5. Previous experience in client relations or customer service. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
