Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and adaptable Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team at Rebel Foods in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Entry Level Associate, you will be responsible for managing client relationships remotely, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of the business.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video calls to understand their needs and provide solutions. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service. 3. Research industry trends and competitor offerings to provide innovative solutions to clients. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. 5. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry changes to better serve clients. 6. Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. 7. Assist in developing client proposals and presentations. 8. Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback proactively.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 2. Passion for client relations and providing exceptional customer service. 3. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure. 4. Strong research skills and a knack for innovation. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus. 8. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
