Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team at Urban Ladder in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This part-time Associate level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, confident, detail-oriented, and skilled in negotiation.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through remote communication channels - Answer client inquiries and provide support on Urban Ladder products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to clients to drive revenue - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Proven negotiation skills - Proficiency in using remote communication tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
