Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

MakeMyTrip is seeking a Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team in Delhi, India. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in client relations. As a Remote Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, partners, and colleagues.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients and partners via email, phone, and video conferencing - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients - Assist with resolving any client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client engagement - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and partners - Collect and analyze feedback from clients to improve our services - Manage client accounts and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements: - Resourceful and able to think outside the box - Resilient and able to handle rejection and challenges with grace - Strong presentation and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
