Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Hindustan Unilever Limited is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conference to address their inquiries and concerns promptly - Assist clients in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues with products or services - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote new products and services to existing clients - Gather feedback from clients to improve our products and services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to existing clients

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations - Adaptability to work from home and manage your own time effectively - Resourcefulness to find creative solutions to challenges and deliver exceptional service to clients - Strong persuasion skills to influence clients and drive sales - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in client communications and order processing
