1mg is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Client Relations Associate to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups - Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Conduct research on client industries and market trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations - Assist in developing strategic plans to enhance client engagement and retention - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and upsell products or services to existing clients - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred - Soft skills in strategic planning and research are a plus
