Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Toppr is looking for a confident and resilient Client Relations Manager to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and requirements - Provide timely and effective solutions to client issues and concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met - Develop creative strategies for client engagement and retention - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual benefit - Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to update on product offerings and services - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement - Prepare reports and presentations on client performance and satisfaction - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - 6+ years of experience in client relations or account management - Strong negotiation skills and ability to think creatively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
