Remote Client Relations Manager

NoBroker is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience in client relations. The successful candidate will be driven, motivated, and possess excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships remotely, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and support - Identify and address client needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback - Develop client engagement strategies and initiatives to increase client retention and loyalty - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in client relations or customer service - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Experience in a remote work environment preferred
