Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Tata Motors is seeking a dynamic Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with our clients remotely.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to clients - Provide regular updates and reports to upper management on client activities and satisfaction levels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients - Lead and mentor a team of client relations specialists to ensure optimal performance and results

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in client relations or account management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities with a focus on people management - Adaptability and resourcefulness to navigate a remote work environment - Ability to collaborate with colleagues worldwide, fostering a global village mentality
