Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and passionate Client Relations Manager to join our team at PharmEasy in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Understand clients' needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements - Communicate with clients through various channels, such as phone, email, and in-person meetings - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly - Create and implement strategies to enhance client relations and retention - Analyze client feedback and data to make informed decisions - Stay updated on industry trends and competition to provide valuable insights to clients
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum 6 years of experience in client relations or customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Confident and professional demeanor - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
