Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Blinkit, a leading tech company based in Kolkata, West Bengal, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in client relations and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements. - Act as a liaison between clients and the internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services. - Develop and execute strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention. - Analyze client feedback and make recommendations for improvement. - Manage client accounts, including negotiating contracts and resolving any issues that may arise. - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and upsell additional services to existing clients. - Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our services and build relationships with potential clients. - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Proven experience in client relations, with a track record of successfully managing client accounts. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Passionate and dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients. - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Emotional intelligence and the ability to understand and empathize with clients' needs. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
