Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Moglix, a leading e-commerce company in Kolkata, West Bengal, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Manager to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, be adaptable, hardworking, and possess excellent presentation and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and revenue - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and issues are resolved quickly - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth - Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to clients on a regular basis - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform client relations strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 5+ years of experience in client relations or account management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of e-commerce industry trends and best practices - Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
