Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Manager at IBM India, you will be responsible for managing the relationships with our clients in Kolkata, West Bengal. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to IBM India - Understand client needs and requirements, and provide solutions and support as necessary - Communicate effectively with clients to address any issues or concerns they may have - Collaborate with other teams within IBM India to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients - Monitor and report on client satisfaction and engagement levels - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling IBM products and services to clients - Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to better serve clients

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong leadership and research skills - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work from home effectively and efficiently - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
