Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team at Shaadi.com, a leading matrimonial website based in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a similar field.

Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain relationships with clients through virtual communication channels - Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Provide support to clients in navigating the platform and using its features effectively - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed set performance targets and goals

Requirements: - Energetic and dedicated individual with a passion for customer service - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve issues - Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work independently - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Familiarity with virtual communication tools and platforms - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
