Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Flipkart, a leading e-commerce company based in Bangalore, Karnataka, is seeking a Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in client relations. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are willing to work hard to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage client relationships remotely via phone, email, and virtual meetings. 2. Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience. 5. Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in client relations or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively. 4. Passion for providing excellent customer service. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
