Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team at Hilton in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations. As a Remote Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferences to understand their needs and provide support - Conduct research on clients to better understand their preferences and expectations - Negotiate and resolve any issues that arise to ensure client satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless experience for clients - Update client information in our database accurately and in a timely manner - Provide feedback to the team on client needs and trends to improve our services

Requirements: - Proven experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain resilient in challenging situations - Motivated to exceed client expectations and achieve goals - Strong research and negotiation skills - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
