Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

AgroStar is seeking a motivated and driven Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Client Relations Officer will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team in reaching targets.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other digital channels to address inquiries and provide support - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty - Assist the sales team in reaching their goals by providing timely and accurate information to clients - Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of efforts - Keep detailed records of client interactions and monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 1 year of experience in customer service or sales is preferred - Strong analytical and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using digital communication tools and software
