Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Freshworks is looking for a part-time Client Relations Officer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an Associate Level Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and support. 2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. 3. Understand client needs and requirements, and communicate them effectively to the internal team. 4. Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 5. Work closely with the sales team to identify and upsell additional products or services to clients. 6. Provide regular updates and reports on client accounts to the management team. 7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to clients.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field. 2. Confident and motivated individual with excellent communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
