Client Relations Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Nykaa is looking for a Client Relations Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our products and services. This position requires working from home, providing flexibility and convenience.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online chat - Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to coordinate client requests and deliver high-quality service - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall client experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role - Hardworking and energetic personality traits to effectively engage with clients - Strong critical thinking skills to quickly analyze and solve client issues - Excellent negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and reach mutually beneficial solutions - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently - Familiarity with CRM software and tools for client relationship management
