Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Relations Representative to join our team at OYO Rooms in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met. This role is part-time and is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals who are looking to start their career in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns they may have - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services - Assist clients with booking accommodations and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve our clients - Use innovative solutions to improve client relations processes and increase client satisfaction

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Willingness to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions - A passion for providing excellent customer service - Must be located in Mumbai, Maharashtra - Must be legally eligible to work in India
