Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Myntra is seeking a Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. This part-time entry level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven, independent, possess strong critical thinking skills, and demonstrate leadership qualities.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently - Provide product or service information to clients and assist with problem resolution - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the database

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities - Leadership qualities and the ability to take initiative - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
