Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team at Reliance Industries Limited in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and addressing any concerns they may have. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to address their needs and concerns - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty - Stay up to date on company products and services in order to provide accurate information to clients - Collaborate with colleagues to improve overall client experience - Meet or exceed individual and team goals related to client satisfaction

Requirements: - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong people management and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
