Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Delhivery is seeking a Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. This is a part-time, associate-level position requiring a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. As a Remote Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns. 2. Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding products, services, and policies. 3. Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their needs are being met and offer additional assistance as needed. 4. Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate complex cases when necessary. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions in the company's CRM system. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to existing clients.
