Job Description:
Livspace is seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in client relations or customer service, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients remotely. This is a part-time position that offers the opportunity for growth and development within the company.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other virtual communication channels to address their needs and concerns. 2. Provide support and guidance to clients on product features, pricing, and other related inquiries. 3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless client experience and satisfaction. 4. Maintain accurate client records and update databases with relevant information. 5. Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges that may arise with clients. 6. Assist in resolving client complaints and escalations in a professional and timely manner. 7. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and problem-solving.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Excellent planning and organization abilities. 4. Persuasion skills to effectively engage with clients and drive positive outcomes. 5. Proven track record of client relations or customer service experience. 6. Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities. 7. Proficiency in using CRM software and virtual communication tools. 8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
