Client Relations Specialist

As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, issues, and feedback. Your main objective will be to ensure client satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and address any concerns - Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of client issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients - Assist in developing and implementing client retention strategies - Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition - Attend client meetings and events as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Adaptable and confident personality traits - Strategic planning and people management soft skills - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
