Responsibilities: 1. Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. 2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or requests in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently. 4. Provide product or service information to clients, guiding them through the onboarding process if necessary. 5. Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to existing clients. 6. Maintain accurate client records and documentation, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. 7. Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve services and processes. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations to enhance overall client experience.
Requirements: 1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. 2. Ability to work independently and handle challenging situations with resilience and problem-solving skills. 3. Demonstrated leadership abilities and a high level of attention to detail. 4. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other client management tools. 5. A positive attitude and a customer-centric approach to all interactions with clients. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. 7. No experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow in a client relations role is essential.
