Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Microsoft India is seeking a part-time Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Associate Level Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and drive business growth.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of clients and serve as the main point of contact for all their needs 2. Proactively reach out to clients to understand their goals and challenges 3. Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed 4. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and provide timely solutions 6. Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies to improve retention rates 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients 8. Prepare reports on client feedback, satisfaction, and sales performance

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or customer service 3. Driven and adaptable personality traits to effectively engage with clients and solve problems 4. Strong research and communication skills to effectively understand client needs and convey information 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software 7. Prior experience in the technology industry is a plus
