Remote Client Relations Specialist

Livspace is looking for a Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients while working remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients through various channels such as email, phone, and video calls to address their needs and concerns. 2. Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding products, services, and projects. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. 4. Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in client relations. 5. Keep detailed records of client interactions and update client profiles as needed. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client relations to continuously improve service delivery. 7. Provide regular feedback to management on client satisfaction and potential areas for improvement.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Reliability and passion for delivering excellent client service. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work part-time and effectively manage time and tasks.
