Job Description:
Tech Mahindra is seeking a part-time Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests - Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups - Work closely with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing clients - Analyze client feedback and data to improve service offerings and client experience - Assist in the development of client retention strategies and initiatives - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support client acquisition efforts
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 3+ years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Strong analytical and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Experience in the tech industry is a plus
