Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Box8 is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients, provide excellent customer service, and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests - Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and follow-up - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to clients - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client retention and expansion - Monitor client accounts and address any issues or discrepancies - Prepare reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels - Attend client meetings and presentations as necessary

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a client-facing role - Resilient and motivated personality traits - Strong people management and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
