Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Hero MotoCorp in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in person, to address their inquiries and concerns - Identify and assess clients' needs to recommend suitable products or services - Resolve client complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist with client onboarding and retention strategies - Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth through client relationships

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Strong problem-solving skills - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Detail-oriented and organized - Basic computer skills - High school diploma or equivalent
