Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

HealthifyMe, a leading health and fitness technology company, is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote position is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, providing an opportunity to work from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their progress, offer support, and provide recommendations for improvement. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote new products and features to clients. 5. Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs and preferences to enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Assist in creating and delivering client presentations to showcase the benefits of HealthifyMe's products and services. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field. 2. Energetic and motivated personality with a passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate clients. 4. Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients and showcase product features. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
