This is a remote, part-time position based in Delhi, providing an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for client service and relationship-building.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat. 2. Manage client accounts, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the matchmaking process. 3. Conduct in-depth research on client preferences and requirements to facilitate successful matches. 4. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients. 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote new services and offerings to clients. 6. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client relations or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and a strong command of written and spoken English. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong problem-solving and research skills. 5. Demonstrated passion for client satisfaction and relationship-building. 6. Hardworking and dedicated individual with a proactive approach to work.
