Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

At Zerodha, we are looking for a dedicated and resilient Client Relations Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication via phone, email, and chat. 2. Address client inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Work closely with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 4. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience and provide feedback to the appropriate teams. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to better assist clients. 6. Provide support and guidance to clients on our products and services.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively. 4. Prior experience in customer service or client relations. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
